I stayed here over the summer 2025 for two months. The landlord is a brilliant man, extremely reasonable and willing to help you out however he can. I highly recommend staying here. There is a sausage dog owned by the landlord who is the sweetest little thing ever. The location is incredible it’s a 2 minute walk from the beach through the chime gardens and a 5 min walk into Boscombe town centre which is a delight even though it gets bad press. Brilliant hotel, brilliant owners.

Owner is really creative and humble person. His Creativity is beyond imagination. I had words with him I am impressed to see his recycle concept. Everything inside the rooms is creative and Redesign .hats off
